Re: Device biofeedback on heart rhythm
a Little bit about the principle of the device for those who don't want to deal with the article at the link.
In short, the so-called "measure of coherence" (coherence ratio), which is used as a criterion of relaxation and which in the course of exercises must be maintained at a high level, represents the correlation between the heart rate of the person and the frequency of the so-called "breathing wave", which most people of about 0.1 Hz, or 6 breaths per minute.
According to the device, running lights that set the rhythm of the breath. Man I breathed, I relaxed - breathing wave became dominant - the device gave a high level of "consistency".

Re: Device biofeedback on heart rhythm
Dmitry, good day! Got the emwave2, yesterday began to deal with him. It has a progress bar at the bottom part where the button is disable. It detects if you have connected a device to the man (pulse registers) and illuminates the appropriate color, if connected blinking blue if not red. If you put finger on the sensor all OK, starts to flash blue, if you remove your finger a second later turns red. And when working with clip led: blue, regardless of whether the connected clip to the ear or just lying on the table, i.e. it turns out incorrect work, it is not clear what the clip registers. Just lying on the table, he supposed that even the upper registers and the indicator after a while red becomes blue that is, as if the heart rhythm is aligned.

Also this thing noticed. When working with a computer both sensors work the same way, apparently, when working with clip indication lights and other indicators. The sensor from the finger is in the mode of adjustment of breath - work screen, when using only the device and no distractions, and the clip mode remove performance during any activity when hands are busy (such as in a video game of Golf or the study material).

Me too this question interests.ЗОМБИ wrote:not met BOS tied to reduce the intensity and frequency of the respiratory movements?
I would be interested in a device that operates autonomously as EmWave, that is, not via Bluetooth transmits information on a mobile phone and shows on the instrument, for example, in the color scale shows the number of respiratory movements and gives the appropriate beeps - I don't want the extra emitting device with Bluetooth on themselves to carry.
There is such a thing as Spire (https://www.spire.io/), but she doesn't like me that works with radio waves, transmitting information to the mobile phone - and if for proper counting of respiratory movements breathing monitor need to wear close to your body, it turns out that constantly on the body is a radiating device.
