Colors of glasses for different tasks

Post by Абар » Tue Mar 06, 2012 8:45

Good day, friends!

What is the relationship between the color points and the effectiveness of this color for different tasks, such as:
- relaxation
- energy
- meditation
- training
something else

I want to buy the MM as a gift but not sure which color to choose. Know that people want to MM in the morning for energy, evening relaxation and stress relief. Colortrak expensive, so choose from Standard and Premium.

Thank you.

Take the red-blue: suitable for any task, give interesting images, there is no risk of photoepilation.

OK, thank you.

Returning to the first question - what tasks are better what are the colors?

Code: Select all

Frequency (session type) Color
Delta (sleep/liberation from thoughts) blue
theta (meditation/visualization) green
alpha (learning/relaxation) yellow
beta (focus/gain energy) orange or red
Here's a great table - it was looking for! (or rather, too lazy to look  )
And then once the plant haze: "photoepilepsy", "interesting images", "what love" or "any good". It is easier for me to start from a more precise data type such table. And then your experience will :-)
Thank you!

It's all relative. :) It is, IMHO, purely speculative table... :?
