it is written that it is impossible to use them with open eyes
What is the basis of this prohibition

Another question on color points
Has anyone investigated the possibility
work of the colored glasses is not based on ripple
brightness and the alternation of colors at constant luminance
It makes sense and whether industrial implementation
this idea

What ever the light weaken and scatter it on all receptors. Point illumination foveal area can cause a headache, as if the light is too bright (with open eyes subjectively it is almost impossible to define), it may be reduced and visual acuity (with prolonged use). Same with too bright light instead of the relaxation you can get anxiety and heart pain.

I used (homemade). Meaning you can always find... :) For example, alternating between red and blue (as well as red and green) produces interesting patterns (in my head). Industrial implementation are not met.
