Converters made behind and slightly below the ears.
Results:
Unnecessary thoughts were blocked for a mile away.
A voice was heard inside his head a little closer to the right hemisphere.
After half a minute of attentive listening to the body "floated" and started to "melt".
After 5 minutes, completely shut down.

IMHO ( very subjective) - my thoughts following.
1. The blackout at the beginning of the self - normal.
2. then you need to try to keep consciousness. for this purpose - to train will power.
when I can remain conscious in the moment sensations of the previous out - I'm in a very interesting sasturain.. by the way it feels not the body, and space. a very interesting condition. may even be in duplicate, the feeling of being at two points.. that's just one point be the still dominant over the second main ( the Council "seniors" ) before the end of meditation we must again gather in one spot.. and that is bad

It is my opinion ( guided by "guide dogs") is one of the goals to become one with their self. in a very deep state know who we are and who we were well, then how will you learn to remain conscious in a very deep dives and get - the preservation of consciousness during death than save it and after it not to be in a new life being with "lapses of memory"

in General, the stage of proudlock very smoothly, almost imperceptibly flows into a state of complete blackout.
how is it to be ?
how to track that line, when you have lost control ?
after all, by definition visible - if you lost control, then it cannot be restored, because you don't realize I lost it ???

Yes, as recommended by Andrew, affirmations.
I have this goes a little differently.. before the "dip" we create the desire and attitude to dive as deep as possible and oderjanie consciousness.
the main thing to bear in mind that it is not linear..and waves.
I noticed that if you manage to keep the clarity of consciousness with a deep dive from there "POPs" after 1-2 minutes ( purely subjective time hours.. then no ). Then arrive in a state "about the deep" and again - "senyavina" and again pushes out from there..
"guides" say that it happens all. all of a different level of dives and levels which again pushes.. someone can sunaryati and to be ejected on such deep levels that we have not yet achieved.
p.s. for the overall development going on the way. .. - and now my opinion is ( coming to realization) that we are all with amnesia.. I forgot who we were and what our goals are. We must remember all this and then we will know who we are and what we want here ( after that clear is that I need to finish from half-assed to work with karma)

I am interested in primarily working with OS-s. Is there any information about the advantages of this device for this purpose?
For example, I noted someone increased frequency of OS-s at the listening session for the OS during sleep compared to pre-listen? Or maybe something else?

Pillow-a tool for working with audio programs...she Wasps does not produce.But for those who headphones interfere with enough to relax and put pressure on the head-the pillow is IMHO a good solution.It is completely as possible, replaces the headphone,while retaining all the "bells and whistles"recorded on the disc-binaural effect,high frequency...

For me it is the main criterion of choice, since sleeping with headphones will not work.
That is, I'll try on to buy, it seems to be like, but still have yet to argue

well here is a little different...there are programs that need to listen TO the revolutionary (whether through headphones or a pillow) sleep,and if You want to record some of the installation or use of the program prednaznachennye for listening DURING sleep,the pillow is the best choice,if the prospect of sleeping in headphones is not for You!Personally,for me, the pillow is the best option for conscious during deep trance or sleep,why-described above...
