What you can (and should) play in the background at work?

Hello.

I am a programmer, love to work, listening to music with headphones. What part of "6 best ROMs", or discov Andrei Patrushev, or Andrzej Slavinskoye can contribute to better concentration at work? The fact that concentration is a problem, constantly crawl the Internet instead of working, in short, distracted ))

Valerius,
specially designed for this disc Ultramesh (2nd track for 45 minutes). But it's not music, but just a special noise which, moreover, it is necessary to listen on very low volume... :?

Andrey, tell me, and you can listen to constantly throughout the work, i.e. a few hours? I have a similar job with Valerius, sedentary, well, distracted often. I want to do too many things at once, and in the end, you get little like.

Be sure to take breaks after 45 minutes.
