Meditative mindfulness is like unlimited space. This space and neither outside the body nor inside the mind. It is mental or physical, and yet at the same time, it is deep, integrated sense of stillness, openness, sincerity and balance, which is the essence of the experience of meditation.
Meditation helps us to be calm and happy, to enjoy life, to be cheerful and to deal effectively with both physical and spiritual problems.
In fact, meditation is a process of seeking truth or understanding, trying to open the nature of the human mind. To discover such knowledge, we need to enter deeply into meditation and find the answer to the question of who we really are.
